New HDB Resale Rules – A Disaster in the Making?

HDB resale index registers first decline since Q1 2009

SINGAPORE - The Resale Price Index (RPI) fell by 0.9 per cent to 204.8 in the third quarter from 206.6 in the second quarter 2013 - the first decline since the first quarter 2009.
